"Helpful for Training, but I Wish the Progress Was Easier to See"
I started using Dogo when I was trying to get more consistent with my dog’s training, and at first it was really nice having everything in one place. After a few sessions, I noticed the progress tracking and thought, “Great, this will help me see how we’re doing.” It does help a little, especially for keeping me motivated, but sometimes I find myself looking at it and wondering what actually changed or improved. I can tell we’re making progress in real life, but the app doesn’t always show that in a very clear or detailed way. It would be great if it gave a better picture of changes over time, like which skills are getting stronger or where we still need work. Overall, I still find it useful and I like using it, but the progress tracking could definitely be a bit more helpful...

"Helpful, but only to a point"
dogo did give me some useful tips for things like barking and jumping, and assuming you use a bit of common sense with the training, it can definitely help. That said, some of the advice felt general. It made a difference with the easier stuff, but not as much when it came to the tougher behavior issues.

"Free Trial Was Fine, I Guess?"
I tried the free trial and it was helpful in a few ways, but I’m not sure it’s something I’d pay for yet. Maybe I’m missing something, but it just didn’t feel valuable enough to justify the cost right now

"Really helpful puppy advice"
I was getting impatient trying to figure out my puppy’s behavior, but the trainer’s tips actually helped a lot. They were easy to follow and made things feel way less frustrating.

"I’ve been using Dogo for a bit..."
I’ve been using Dogo for a bit, it has way more lessons than I thought it would. I really like how everything is broken into smaller steps, so I don’t feel overwhelmed, or like I’m guessing what to do next. A few of the videos, especially, have made a noticeable difference with getting my puppy to listen better. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Clicker Keeps Cutting Out"
I’ve been using this clicker during training sessions, but it randomly stops working, which is frustrating. Every time it fails, my dog gets confused and loses focus. It’s a simple tool, so I expected it to be more reliable, but so far it’s been kind of a letdown.

Super easy to follow. Clear steps. No confusion. I liked it

"Support was okay, just took a while"
They did get back to me, so it wasn’t like I was ignored or anything. It just took longer than I expected, especially when I actually needed help right then, so... yeah, it was okay, just a bit frustrating.

"I tried dogo.app because I thought the..."
I tried dogo.app because I thought the pricing would be straightforward, but it ended up feeling more confusing than it should have. At first, it looked like certain things were included, then later I started seeing different options and charges. Maybe I missed something, but I really don't think people should have to click around forever or deal with vague automated sign-up flows just to understand what they're paying for.

I don't mind paying for an app if it's clear what I'm getting. What bothered me was feeling like the system was nudging me along without giving me the full picture upfront, which always feels a little shady. I got annoyed quickly and ended up canceling soon after.

"The trainer feedback really didn’t help much"
I don’t want to sound overly harsh, because maybe other people had a better experience, but for me the trainer feedback just wasn’t useful. Replies came in late, and when they did, they felt really generic. It seemed like they barely watched our videos, which was frustrating when we were paying for that kind of support.

"Worth it if you keep up with it"
I signed up for Dogo for my young dog, i’ve been happy with it. The lessons are simple to follow, and I like that it gives me a plan instead of me just standing there wondering what we should work on next. It feels a lot easier than trying to piece together random tips from videos and, compared to... well, it just feels more organized.

I’m giving it 4 stars because some of the exercises start to feel a little repetitive after a while. But if you’re actually using it a few times a week, I do think the subscription is worth it. It’s saved me from paying for extra training classes, which adds up fast.

"Useful for basics, but I’m keeping my expectations realistic"
dogo was helpful for simple commands like sit and stay, so I’ll give it credit there. I did try to stick with it, but some of the lessons started feeling a little repetitive, and my dog lost interest fast. I can see it working better if you’re super consistent, but I didn’t notice any huge changes for us. It’s not a bad app, I just wouldn’t rely on it by itself for all of our training

"I canceled in time but got charged anyway"
I don’t think I was being unreasonable here — I tried to cancel before the renewal because I knew I didn’t want to keep paying for it. Then I still got charged, which was really frustrating. Support took forever to reply, and when they did, it felt like I was just getting copied-and-pasted answers instead of actual help. The app itself is fine, I guess, but the billing experience left a bad taste. I shouldn’t have to chase people down just to avoid a charge I tried to prevent. Not really worth the stress for me.

"I really wanted to like this app but..."
I really wanted to like this app but it just feels all over the place. It took me way too long to find simple things and the menus didn’t make much sense. I tried a few times and then just gave up.

"Logging in was straightforward, so..."
Logging in was straightforward, so no big complaints there. The annoying part was trying to switch between devices — it got a little confusing at times, i wasn’t sure if I was doing something wrong or if it was just the system being clunky. Not a dealbreaker or anything, but definitely not the smoothest experience.

"Training finally feels doable"
I started using dogo.app because my dog was pulling like crazy on walks, and honestly... I had no idea where to even begin.

The personalized plan made things feel a lot less overwhelming. It breaks everything into small steps that actually make sense for my dog, instead of just throwing random tips at me. Some days we go back and repeat a lesson, but that’s been okay.

After a few weeks, I can definitely see progress. We’re not perfect yet, but walks are so much less stressful now, and I’m really happy we gave it a try.

"I really wanted Dogo to work for..."
I really wanted Dogo to work for us, but my dog got bored with it fast. The lessons started to feel kind of repetitive, and after a bit he just wasn’t paying attention anymore. I thought it would be more engaging, kind of like other training apps that... I don’t know, it just didn’t click for us.

"Felt too generic for real training problems"
I’m a dog trainer, and I tried dogo with my young rescue because I was curious to see how it handled actual behavior issues. Quickly, I started noticing a pattern: most of the lessons felt like they were built from the same basic template, no matter what problem I clicked on.

For things like barking and pulling, the advice was the kind of general stuff you can find almost anywhere. What bothered me was the lack of detail around timing, reading the dog, and keeping things safe. I could also see how some of the exercises might confuse newer owners who don’t already know what to look for.

I can see it maybe being fine for an easy puppy or someone who just wants simple practice ideas, but it didn’t feel useful enough for real training challenges. I cancelled after a short time. Personally, I’d rather put that money toward one solid session with a local trainer

"Overall, it seems like a decent option..."
Overall, it seems like a decent option, but the scheduling just doesn’t really work with my routine. I was hoping for a bit more flexibility, it’s been kind of hard to make it fit into my day-to-day.

"Videos weren’t very easy to follow"
Maybe it’s just me, but I had a hard time following the training videos. They felt a bit rushed, and I couldn’t always tell what I was supposed to do next. My dog ended up getting more frustrated, which made the whole thing discouraging.
